How does it work?
It’s very simple. Just hit ‘print’ in the normal way, select Foojit™ as the destination printer and tick a few boxes to tell us how you want it sent, then confirm the letter. Job done! Is it secure?
Yes, much more secure than sending it yourself as our production is handled by machine and controlled by barcode. The vast majority of our traffic consists of sensitive documents – it’s what we specialise in, so all production is carried out to the latest security standards and delivery is managed by one of the UK’s biggest secure mailing specialists. What about print/material quality?
We print everything at 1200dpi resolution on premium materials, using printers with outstanding accuracy and colour reproduction. You can send your letters via Foojit™ with no compromise on quality or the impression made on the letter’s recipient.
Do I have to pay anything for the software?
No. The only software is a print driver that is provided free of charge to turn our high-tech print facilities into your desktop printer. You only pay for what you send – at far lower costs than doing it yourself.
What does it cost to send a letter?
Please contact us for a price list. In addition, to make sure you always know what any document or batch will cost you to send, the software displays the price before you confirm.
Am I tied into a contract for using this service?
No. The Foojit™ solution is a ‘pay as you go’ service. You are charged only for what you use and if you don’t use it, you pay nothing.
What if I want to change or cancel a document?
You can cancel a document via the dashboard for up to an hour after submission, at no charge. If you wish to amend a document after we have already produced it, simply email us the details and we will pull it and shred it for you. If you want to send a different version, just amend it on your computer, and submit it for printing again.
I use a case-management/patient-management/client-management system to generate my letters. Can Foojit’s driver handle them?
Yes. Because our system works with the file that would otherwise be sent to your desktop/office printer, it doesn’t matter how it’s generated. As long as there is a text-based address for our system to pick up, the document can be sent via Foojit™.
I have documents that are generated/printed automatically. Can your system handle those?
Yes, the software can run in ‘silent’ mode to handle automated submissions, with no human interaction.

How robust is the solution?
The Foojit solution uses tried and tested software and equipment to create a robust and trouble-free service. It is backed by some of the world’s most successful print and mail-handling specialists.
Is my data secure?
Yes – more secure than if you send it yourself, because our automated processes eliminate human error. Documents are uploaded via a secure (https) link and produced according to internationally-recognised security protocols. All documents are fully verified before despatch, so your documents can only be sent to the intended recipient.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one! Using the Foojit™ system will deliver high-quality documents faster and more cheaply to their recipients, and give you greater control and flexibility at the same time. What’s not to love?
